Topic: Ensuring Accountability
In chapter 11 the emphasis is on the balancing act for the staff members in a correctional facility. In this discussion use the sources in the chapter as a starting point for identifying some of the key issues associated with how, you as a staff member, would navigate some of the challenges presented in this chapter. Formulate an action plan that integrates a Biblical perspective (using Scripture to support your points) with the day-to-day realities of treating youth with compassion while ensuring fairness and consistency in the context of best practices for the type of correctional facility.
