Using the appropriate chapters in Paquette and Smith, compare and contrast the colonial enterprises of two different European powers in Latin America (ex. French v. Dutch; Spanish v. English; etc) using at least 2 clear areas of similarities and differences. These can be whatever you want to identify, but you must be clear and consistent in your answer.
